MassTrol Valve

Measure and control airflow in one valve.

DN 200–700 | flanged connection | integrated flow measurement

MassTrol combines valve positioning with airflow measurement to help address installations where the straight pipe length needed by a conventional thermal mass flowmeter is difficult to provide.

Accepts either a 4–20 mA valve-opening signal or a 4–20 mA airflow signal.
The valve HMI displays both opening position and mass flow.
220 V / 50 Hz intelligent multi-turn actuator in the published configuration.
The centered opening supports the integrated flow measurement method.

Measurement accuracy: the brochure specifies ±1.5% with 5 pipe diameters of straight pipe upstream and 3 downstream. Confirm performance for other installation layouts with GL-TURBO.
